By buying from me (or owning my art/character designs) you must read and agree to my terms below. I am not responsible for any negligence or failure to read my terms. If you break my terms, you will be blacklisted. See the blacklist section for more information. Even if you are not the original commissioner or buyer, you are expected to follow this TOS.
♡ When ordering, please use the correct forms linked. If you have any questions or see a mistake with the forms, please contact me.
My rights:
♡ I have the right to refuse or deny any commission without explanation.
♡ I have the right to use the money sent to me before completing the commission. Art is my only job, and I have to take care of myself, my pets, and many other things, so I use the money when I need to. If you don't like this, please don't commission me. I can assure you that you can still receive a refund regardless when requested within 72 hours (unless I state otherwise).
♡ I have the right to refund any commission when I want to without explanation.
♡ I have the right to change, edit, and update these terms.
♡ I have the right to post/use any artwork I make as an example of my work (or to promote myself as an artist) on any website. (I do NOT utilize the right to sell said commissioned artwork in anyway. I know that is something some artists do, but I refuse to ever sell a commissioned art piece in any way. Your commission is yours to use as long as you follow my TOS)
♡ I have the right to price my work however I'd like.
♡ I have the right to update my prices and commission types
♡ I have the right to add and take away commission types as I please.
♡ I have the right to blacklist anyone without explanation (see blacklist section for more info).
♡ I have the right to help those who've gotten their designs by me stolen by reporting the scammer/stolen design or heavily copied design.
♡ I have the right to NOT give those who've bought stolen/scammed designs of mine compensation. I am not the one scamming, and I'll make a beware on the scammer, but I don't give compensation to those who've been scammed as I am not responsible for the scam.
Usage Policy:
♡ Only me and the commissioner (or current owner of depicted characters/designs) may use the artwork/designs produced for them.
You may:
♡ Repost the artwork/design on any website as long as you properly credit me with one of my official links (My website, Instagram, Twitter, etc).
♡ Edit the artwork and designs however you like if you are the current owner. Just be sure to still credit me for the original design and the artwork, etc.
♡ Use the artwork or design noncommercially (Icons, business cards, etc. If you don't understand what un-commercially means, please research it).
♡ Make designs of mine that you own into fursuits that you plan to keep or to sell! Just be sure to credit me for the characters design.
You may not:
♡ Sell my artwork in any way or use it commercially (Stickers, shirts, sold comics, etc.)
♡ Claim my work as your own.
♡ Trace my artwork.
♡ Heavily reference my designs, even if you own it. You may make similar character designs for related characters, but don't heavily reference it to the point where they can be confused as the same character.
♡ Use my artwork as an NFT. My artwork should NEVER ever be used as an NFT, regardless of whether you've commissioned it or not.
- Cancel Trades with me once I've begun working on my half of the trade. Trades, once agreed on, are binding unless I have not started on my half of the trade.
General:
♡ You can communicate with me through my email [email protected] or my discord. You'll have the choice of choosing between the two in my forms, and when I accept I'll send you my discord (do not ask for it otherwise). I might contact you through Instagram myself, but please don't contact me there otherwise. It's too difficult sorting through my DM's and I could miss or lose your message.
♡ My queue can be found on my Trello. I don't have a super strict queue and might move my queue around from time to time. If you see me finishing other work that's behind you, or moving my queue around, do not get upset. When I work, I go with what I feel like I'm inspired and capable of doing that day.
♡ My commissions normally take up to two or three weeks to start and complete, but if unforeseen situations come up, it could take longer.
♡ I don't work on the weekends. I typically take the weekends for myself to make personal art, take a break, and spend time with my boyfriend or family. I do make personal work on the week days in-between commissions as well.
♡ If I'm sick, have flare-ups with my disabilities, have family obligations, have sick family/pets, am travelling, etc. my commissions and responses may get delayed. I will updated everyone when these situations come up on my Instagram, Trello, and Comission Discord server.
♡ Once I have begun working on your commission you may not ask for a character change, regardless of what has happened to the depicted character.
♡ If you're being too aggressive, disrespectful, or difficult to work with I will refund and cancel your commission. It is not under discussion and you cannot refuse my refund. If you do, I'll blacklist you and cancel the commission, regardless of whether or not you let me refund you. I refuse to work on the commission if you refuse my refund.
♡ Please do not spam me. If you send me multiple messages demanding my immediate attention (or demanding your art immediately) without my response, I will refund and cancel your commission. I have 24-48 hours to respond to your DM, there is no reason to spam me.
♡ If you purchase or receive an uncolored sketch commission, you are not allowed to color it, line it, or trace it unless you've either paid a fee to do so ($20) or I've given you permission to. If I find out you have done this without permission, I will blacklist you. It is my personal preference and you are expected to respect that. If you have paid or been given explicit permission by me, you still must credit me for the art. You can credit yourself for finishing the art/coloring it, but it is still essentially my artwork! Please do not detach me from my artwork. If you have an uncolored sketch commission, and want it finished but don't want to do it yourself, you are free to contact me while commissions are open and I'll give you a quote for me coloring the sketch or doing a full art piece of it.
♡ Please do not remove any watermark I put on my artwork.
♡ If you'd like a due date or time restriction, I will add a $30-50 rush fee depending on the time limit.
♡ All patrons get their respective discounts outside of patreon!
♡ You may ask for updates whenever (as long as you don't spam me about it)! Otherwise, I'll send you updates as I progress on your commission, and I'll have my Trello updated at all times. You can ask for any.
♡ Certain commissions come with rules attached to them. Some may not be able to be shaded, some might not come with the ability to receive a speedpaint, some may not allow changes, etc. Please be sure to read each commission type's description to see what they don't allow.
♡ Give me 24-48 hours to reply to your emails/messages. If I don't reply within that time, send another message to make sure I've recieved it.
♡ All my prices include sales tax (soon).
Payments:
♡ I only accept Paypal and Cashapp currently. I will be sending you an invoice if you're paying through Paypal.
♡ You must pay within 24 hours, or your slot will be given to someone else (unless we discussed otherwise)
♡ I only accept payment plans for anything above $400 (unless discussed otherwise). If you're requesting a payment plan, we must discuss a set payment and time period first. I will NOT start the artwork until it's been paid in full. You may not refund or cancel this payment plan once it's begun, and you must pay on time unless I've agreed to something else. If this is regarding an adopt, you will not have the rights to the character until it's been paid in FULL.
♡ All my prices are in USD.
♡ I can give refunds after a week has gone by. Read the refund section for more Information.
♡ You are allowed to tip, but it isn't expected. It's very much appreciated though! All of the extra support means the world to me!!
Refund policy:
♡ I do not accept refunds until a week after you've paid and the work isn't started. Once that first week is up and you'd like a refund, I will refund you.
♡ I will not accept refunds once I've begun linework.
♡ I will accept refunds when I show you a sketch if you've decided you no longer wish to continue commissioning me, but you'll only get a 75% refund as compensation since I've already begun working. You will receive the sketch file.
♡ I have up to 72 hours to issue your refund after you've requested it. It will not be immediate and you may not demand it to be immediate. Sometimes it can take longer depending on the situation I'm in, but I will be sure to discuss that with you.
♡ If you are dissatisfied with your finished product, please let me know! I do allow minor changes within reason to fix any mistakes I may have made. Please see "commission process" and read through the information there to learn about what changes I can and cannot do depending on what you've ordered. You have 24 hours to express this dissatisfaction. (Please don't pretend to love it, and then diss me later about your dissatisfaction.)
♡ I don't do refunds on adopts! Adoptables/pre-made designs cannot be refunded in any way. You're free to sell your design/adopt you bought from me so long as you follow this Terms of service correctly, but you cannot get a refund through me and I cannot make the sale for you. You also may not charge me back if I refuse to give you a refund, especially since I don't allow chargebacks regardless.
Chargebacks:
♡ I will not allow chargebacks in any way unless there's proof of my negligence to give you a refund 72 hours after it was requested and you're eligible for a refund. You're only eligible for a refund before the linework has been finished.
♡ If you open a chargeback to avoid my refund policy, I will blacklist you and make a public beware on my social medias to warn other artists. The artwork I made you will be forfeited and will be resold or utilized as compensation.
Blacklisting:
♡ I have the right to blacklist anyone for any reason. You don't have to be a commissioner, follower, or have any relation to me at all. If you're blocked, you're blacklisted.
♡ When I blacklist you, I might give you a brief explanation of why and block you (unless you aren't a follower of mine and you don't know who I am) but it isn't my responsibility. If I feel it's obvious why I blocked you, I won't explain myself. This is not under discussion.
♡ If you try to communicate with me further with an alt account or by a friend/family member, I will block the accounts trying to contact me and make a public beware.
♡ If you're blacklisted, You aren't allowed to commission me, buy adopts, or own character designs of mine that you didn't previously own before being blocked/blacklisted. If I see you have bought a design of mine after being blacklisted, I will make a public beware on you for avoiding my blacklist.
♡ When you're blacklisted, You'll be added to my public blacklist so people know not to sell a design of mine to you, etc. I will not state why publicly unless you've scammed me or others, charged me back, traced my artwork, or stolen/heavily copied a design or character of mine.
♡ Whatever character designs and art of mine you have before getting blacklisted are still yours.
♡ You are still expected to follow my terms of service with characters and art of mine you owned before being blacklisted. If I find out you've broken my terms with said characters or art, I will make a public beware.
Character permissions:
♡ You may sell my designs for however much you'd like, but please take into consideration how much you paid for said character, and how much art the design has. Be respectful of my work and price accordingly. Although, if you haven't paid for or made any extra art of the character and only have the original art pieces the character came with when you received it, please don't exceed $300 over it's original price.
♡ You may trade and accept vouchers at your own discretion. I am not responsible for compensating if there is a mishap with your trade/sale.
♡ Making an alternate design/gender/species/etc. of a design is permitted, but all alternate versions (no matter how different) must stay with the said character if you sell/trade/give the character away. You may not keep or sell any alternate designs separately, they all must stay with the original.
♡ You may edit the character however you'd like, and even edit my art of the character however you'd like. But you cannot fully claim the design/artwork. You can only claim the edits you did. The original design MUST stay with the character, meaning you must keep the original designs file on hand and give it to the new owner if you sell it.
♡ If you are 100% dissatisfied with a custom and don't want it, I can start over and make a new design OR refund you. either way, I will have the rights to the previous design I made you and I'll have the right to sell it as an adopt, keep it for myself, gift it to a friend, etc.
♡ If the character is on Toyhou.se, it must STAY on Toyhou.se. If you sold it to someone who doesn't have a Toyhou.se, I can offer the buyer a code to make a Toyhou.se profile, OR you can keep the characters Toyhou.se up, state it's sold, and link the new owner in the description. This helps me keep an eye on where my designs are to avoid character theft.
OWNERSHIP
♡ You may Co-own a design of mine, but I will not get involved with any disputes involving these characters.
♡ I will not get involved with any "return to the previous owner if no longer wanted" disputes. (I personally prefer no one does this. I'm happier with "first dibs/pings" or communicating with the previous owner. But that's only what I prefer, I will not get involved in these situations regardless.)
♡ You may not dictate who does and doesn't receive one of my designs once you no longer own the character. The current owner of the design is allowed to sell/trade/gift to whoever they want, as long as they aren't on my public blacklist. You have no rights to that character once it's sold.

My work is LGBTQ+ and Bipoc welcoming and supportive!
What I will draw:
♡ ANY species of animal (No matter how bizarre or rare. This includes hybrids, plants, etc.)
♡ Anthro, Feral, or Centar characters! This includes plantigrade legs and digitigrade legs.
♡ Humanoids (Although currently, I'm a bit rusty)
♡ All genders, identities, body types, styles, etc.
♡ SFW nudity (With hidden genitalia. Breasts do NOT count as genitalia, so I will draw them. I might censor when posting on my accounts though to avoid harassment. I will not be allowing minors to commission me for any type of nudity!)
♡ Simple and complex designs
♡ Monsters/beasts
♡ Blood
♡ Fursuit friendly designs/references!
♡ Other types of artwork that aren't on my commission pages. Just ask and I'll give a quote!
♡ Bones, skeletons, vulture culture related items!
♡ Suggestive artwork, lingerie (18+ only!)
What I might draw:
♡ Candy gore, soft gore, etc.
♡ Weapons of any kind
♡ Non-harmful Drug use (weed, tobacco, alcohol, hallucinogens, etc. This includes drawing bongs on references, etc).
♡ Robots/mechs but I'm inexperienced and may have trouble. It might cost more depending on complexity.
♡ Body Horror
What I ABSOLUTELY won't draw:
♡ Sfw fetish art
♡ Harmful drug use (meth, heroin, etc.)
♡ Death or heavy gore
♡ Offensive gestures, slurs, or offensive words.
♡ Cultural appropriation
♡Anything to do with racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia, ableist, babyfur/cub, zoophilia, and anything else that discriminates others, is offensive, illegal, or wrong. Other things apply to this. If you ask me to draw any of these or are affiliated with any of these I will block and blacklist you.
♡ Anything MAGA or trump related.
♡ Suggestive artwork with feral characters
I am planning to do nsfw commissions, but I don't offer them currently. I'm planning on making a separate nsfw Patreon just for nsfw commissions and art.
